At STADA Thornton & Ross, we value the safety of our employees and prospective employees or candidates, both physically and online. And we have a dedicated cyber security team who are always looking out for us to keep everyone who works with us safe online.

Here are a few tips from us about staying safe online and what you can expect from our recruitment process...

Always check the email address of anyone sending you unsolicited emails carefully. We'll always use official email addresses and channels to communicate with you.

We will never ask for your personal information during an interview process. If you have concerns, do not share it.

Official company websites and social platforms are a great way for you to check and verify information about a company. We use LinkedIn and our corporate website, thorntonross.com, to share information. Many of our employees share their employment status on LinkedIn too, so you can check they are who they say they are.

Be wary of requests that seem too good to be true, or people who refuse to turn on their cameras or refuse reasonable requests in an interview. We prefer to do our interviews face-to-face and if we do go online, we always have our cameras on so you can see our faces.

If you have suspicions about an email you receive, find a verified company email address on the website and send the company an email to check things out.

We have a friendly and dedicated recruitment team who are always happy to answer any questions you might have. Feel free to contact our Culture and People Team at: c&[email protected]
